My parent’s brought me to see Dr. Deutchman last year for my scoliosis that was giving me some pain in my back. When I first came in to see him I was kind of nervous. I didn’t really want be in a scoliosis brace because it sounded really uncomfortable. I had a visions of wearing turtle shell in my mind. When I came in and got the Spinecor brace I realized it wasn’t that bad. It was actually pretty comfortable and it fit under my cloths.
Although the first day after getting it when I got home the brace was bothering me because I wasn’t used to it, after a couple days of wearing it didn’t bother me at all. I started putting it on by myself without any help and I just got used to it.
So far, it has helped my scoliosis by making my curves go from 18 degrees when I started to 12 degrees now and I don’t have any more back pain.
